1. All album covers come plain or can be blocked with Wedding, Our Wedding,

Our Son’s Wedding or Our Daughter’s Wedding. This service is Free of Charge. Unless otherwise specified albums will be delivered plain. Albums can be personalised with the names of the Bride and Groom at a minimum charge of £l6.00 at a discounted rate of 50% if invoice settled within 30 days.

This requirement will only be accepted in writing.

2. All albums are supplied with a fixed amount of pages. Special page requirements can be made, but due to the time involved this service will be charged at the price of the next amount of pages plus £10.00 at a discounted rate of 50% if invoice settled within 30 days.

3. Overlays are supplied in packs of 10.

4. Presentation boxes may be blocked with the name of the Photographer at a fixed charge of £6.00 per box at a discounted rate of 50% jf invoice settled within 30 days.

5. We shall only accept responsibility for orders sent in error whenorders are received in writing. Where an error in goods results in a replacement being sent the carriage for this shall be charged to the client if the original order was not placed in writing.

6. Goods will be despatched by carrier at a charge of £16.00 per consignment at a discounted rate of 50% if invoice settled within 30 days.

7. Claims for damaged goods must be advised within 2 days of receipt of goods.

8. Claims for non delivery or shortages must be advised within 7 days of invoice.

9. 50% discount if invoice settled within 30 days of receipt.

10. ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUDING VAT.

11. The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the client until full payment of the purchase price has been received, but the risk shall pass upon delivery.

12. We shall charge £20.00 to cover the cost of bank charges and handling on any unpaid cheques and £7.00 per time a cheque is represented.

13. We reserve the right to charge interest at 3% above the base rate of Barclays Bank on any overdue account. ft is mutually agreed and accepted that any dispute whatsoever arising from any transactions shall be deemed to fall within the jurisdiction of Oswestry County Court.

14. Therewill be 75% handling charge on returned goods, unless there is written authority be the Company - this excludes goods sent in error.
